The Campania International Platia Outdoor Fountain features a classic three-tier design and a tranquil sound. The water flows smoothly over the tiers into the basin and recirculates within the fountain, so no plumbing is necessary. Available in your choice of finish, this fountain is hand-crafted from weather-resistant, premium fiber, reinforced cast stone concrete, and the 6-foot cord plugs into a standard three-prong outlet.
Ideally, a fountain should be stored indoors in the winter away from the elements. However, if a fountain bowl must be left outside, remove all pumps, rubber stoppers, drain pipes, finials and small components, and cover the top with burlap or any absorbent material and then wrap with dark plastic. This will prevent moisture from accumulating on the birdbath or fountain. Fountain pumps, finials, and other small components should be stored indoors. Check the fountain periodically to insure that the cover is secure and water is not accumulating in any fountain component.
